    m3 widebody fenders and quarters

curious if there are any companies that make fenders and quarters that are wider than the stock e30m3.

    something along these lines

I'd like to find something metal, figure it would be easier for the quarters/doors (I won't be doing the work, will have to find someone)

my touring doesn't seem to be selling. may as well just sell the euro s50 now and s54 it in the future.

I hear bad things about eurostop's quality and customer service, I'd be wary going to them

plus they only have fiberglass cfrp etc. I'd assume metal would be needed since it needs to be split for the doors/quarters

From what I've seen over on s14.net the Evo front fenders are 1" wider than stock, IIRC.

FYI, e30 M3 oem parts are faily cheap.

Evo fenders are not wider than stock, the arch is just taller than the standard ones to allow for the 18" BBS DTM wheels used in the 91-92 seasons. They used the same mold, and just cut the arch higher.

I'm not trying to start an argument here, but that was always my belief. M-registry has been known to be wrong before, but here's a quote from said source:

Like the Evolution II, the Sport Evolution has thinner glass, a lighter trunk and bumpers, and brake cooling ducts in place of foglights. In addition, it also has a smaller fuel tank. For homologation purposes, the Sport Evolution has unique front and rear spoilers with adjustable extensions for greater downforce, even wider front fenders, and reprofiled grille slats with sealed gaps for better aerodynamics, all of which have negligible effect on the street. The M3 Sport Evolution also sits 10mm lower than the normal E30 M3.
I can very well be wrong, but my understanding was that EVO fenders WERE wider. S14 guys, please chime in.

EDIT: Seems I'm completely wrong and Rainier is correct...my bad. http://www.s14.net/forums/showthread.php?t=23438
