Part #/Price on rear panel, pre-88

Looking to replace the rear panel, between the tails, with a new piece, since all the used stuff is rusted for the most part.

Someone on here has a new one for sale, but it's for the 88+. Anyone know the PN and or price? Thanks!

Used is only rusted in NE and other rust belt states.

You could get one from the west coast and have it be as clean as a new one.

That's not terribly unreasonable, and I don't have to pay shipping (which after buying it from someone will be close to new from SoCal or AZ), and it doesnt have to get hacked off a car...

This WELDS in, right? Dumb question maybe, but it seems weird to be standalone as a part you can buy.
