difference in early/late doors?

is there any different between the doors on a 2dr early vs. late model car?

I've heard the late model window regulators and window motors are different. Other than that, no.

Other than that, they both mount the same and the harnesses are the same.

Also the early has the chrome/black bump strip where the late model has all black.

not to mention the different paint (single stage vs. dual stage). If you are getting white ones anyway.
But I guess that goes without saying
