    hey, how to make smoked taillights (the cheap way) have anyone ever made some,is there any spray to use?? howw??

                VHT isn't dark. It's only as dark as you want to make it. My neighbor on his XB had someone mix clear coat and a bit of black to make a tint, and tinted his tail lights that way. It looks awesome.

                        Not to jack your thread but any way to reverse this tinting process? The tails I got on my car were tinted and have some speckles of white overspray, Id like to get them back to stock so I can have a clean surface to work with.

                          ive heard of using paint stripper, but i really wouldnt trust it. just get some new tails for forty bucks.

                              Dont use paint stripper!!!!!!! ever on your lights, trust me they will ruin your lenses. get some 600 grit wetsand paper and go to town then buff it out with some compound
