    right quater panel replacement?

    how hard would this endevor be/ is it worth the hassel? it would be on a 4d.

    To say the least, to do the job, you need to first drill out all the spot welds connecting the panel. These are inside the door jam on the flange where the door seal sits, etc. Then, you will need to section it out for the replacement quarter. Once its out, you may need to bend some metal around to make it sit properly. After that, you tack the new quarter in place, fill in all the plugs from the spot welds, and clean up the gaps. Lastly, blend the color.

    Its a lot of work. If you have the tools, it is well worth the hassle.

      this is a rear QP right not a front fender?

        no awnser so its probably front fender. lol people should post picks of what it is there talking about. nice description need4speed! I want to see more cars on craigslist with cut off quarters or half projects. personally i like buying them and coming back by there house a month later to do burn outs.
