Help. want to do a grill swap but need some help.

I know this can be done, ive seen it on other e30's and i LOVE how i looks. i plan to do this swap to my 87 325e, with metal bumpers fyi. does anyone have any personal experiance with doing this conversion? part #'s or stories will help greatly. thanks for your time - josh
