can someone tell me if this one bumper piece is replaceable

The boxed in red portion. Its for a dive board bumper. Mine is scuffed on this side pretty bad and I want to replace it, if anyone knows if that singular portion is replaceable. Its my plastic there that is bad so the plastic trim is what I'm after.

A part number anyone?
