what is needed for plastic bumper swap

Hello i want to put plastic bumpers on my 84 325e i dont like the metal look i was woundering if anyone would be nice enough to tell me what it is i need. I have been told by few people that the rear bumper needto be cut and bondoed however do i need to change the bumper shocks please i need help my car is going to have a sick motor and i want it to look good

just need the front bumper and shocks and the rear shocks have the rear bumper
