Yeah its close, but the alpina is still a little more blue.
Heres an e28 with arktisblau.
Saturn blau is too blue. Its somewhere in between I think.

love the color too. its slightly pastel, somewhere between blue, purple, and gray
found some close ones, but my money is on Steel Blue (StahlBlau 372)
