        1) Find a welder.
        2) Find a shop that will weld in a section.
Pretty much all I can think of. You won't need to replace the whole piece, just weld in the section that was damaged.

Grab a chain. Telephone pole and a buddy. Wrap the chain around the pole. Then around the rad support with a 2x4 on the other side. Have a buddy hop in and back up till there is tension on the chain. Then have him add more while you beat the bent spot back into place. Don't deal yada yada.

Worth a try, but I would use a come-a-long to keep from pulling it too far or ripping it out.

That's why you only put tension on it. It honestly takes a lot of force to rip one out.

A buddy driving a 3,000# car backward at 3 miles an hour will rip one out nicely. :D
If not rip it loose, stretch it so far forward it can't be fixed.

i had that in mind but my uncle used to work in a body shop and he did some magiver type shit and tied this marine grade rope around the part of the rad support that was bent and looped it around a metal bar and put the end of the bar through the tow hook and pulled the bar towards him and repeatedly till he pull it out a full 3 inches back into place and then he hammered out the dents in the fenders and the hood to the point that now the hood is funtion. For now this is ecelent and it save me $500+. so far i have spent $0 and got alot done.

                  To-Do List:
-Sand all rust and paintless areas (besides the fenders and hood)
                  -Primer it all up
                  -Repaint in gloss black
                  -install headlights
                  -install new grills
                  -Repair radiator

                  Shopping cart:
                  -Grill set
                  -Headlights
                  -Primer
                  -Gloss black paitn
                  -Undercoating
                  -Auto body filler
                  -(possibly) Radiator

I have found a grill set and sealed beams used for only $25!!! but it have to take a ride to long island but it is totaly worth the 1 and a half long ride.

                  Some pics of the progress:
