    Tucked my Rear Bumper

I tucked my rear bumper as the title says. Aparently there are two chambers in the shock, an outer one and an inner one. At first I only drilled through into the other one and the bumper hardly moved in, after a while I figured something was wrong so I drilled in the same hole for a while and punctured into the second chamber which was filled with air and oil. Anyway here are the pics and this is with it pulled out a little bit.

Did you do it with the bumper still on the car?

I am tucking both of my bumpers as soon as I get my car back from the shopin a couple of days, hopefully. I just need to buy a more powerful drill.

What happened when you drilled through only the outer case in the shock? was there anything in there? I drilled holes in mine, and all that came out was this white, spongy stuff. I was expecting that foul-smelling oil to shoot out, but i got nothing. i still can't push the bumper in, but maybe i didn't get in far enough.

The first part shot out a bunch of oil and the bumper maybe moved in an inch even after I tried backing into a wall a few times. The second level shot out air, but when I pushed the bumper in farther, tons more oil came out. This time though I was able to push it in by hitting it with my fist and pushing. Becuase it is so loose I will eventually be putting a screw into the shock to secure it, but I'll have to take the shock off the bumper in order to do that becuase of how sunk in the shocks are now.

              EDIT:

              Damn typo's...
