Replacing Radiator support

I am thinking of buying a car but it needs a radiator support.

Anyone ever changed one.....I looked into ETK and they show all the parts seperate. It looks like all the parts are welded to the body.

it is welded, but really not that hard to replace if you have some welding skills.
