What Rear Bumper/Valence is This

I like this rear one piece bumper/valence. What is it? Its an early model car because he has a metal bumper up front.

The front looks like stock, early IS/ES and the rear apron and bumper looks like the BMP kit piece.

Yea the front is the early iS valence because it has the two extra cutouts for the oil cooler. Just trying to figure out what that rear piece is.
