It can be done but it's very difficult, you'll have to remove the fixed window and drill out the rivets that hold that trim. Not worth the risk of damaging it, go find some clean ones or polish the existing ones. They call me the frog

I just did it for my pop out windows. It isn't easy but I did it. Getting them back together properly is really the hard part but do able.
Drill out the rivets and use heat gun to make the adhesive plyable. It is still hard to get off but that softened it up enough to pull the parts of with damaging them. I am talking getting hot to the point where it was smoking. Used leather gloves and pull haha. Use your better judgement when doing this is my best advice.Comment

There is German Auto Salvage which is out between boring and Sandy. Ive gone there a few times and had some fun.
Another excellent resource is this guy named Steven who lives in Sherwood. i was just at his shop yesterday and he buys junked e30s and parts them out and his place is FILLED with multiples of every piece you could imagine. He is constantly buying/trading parts so if he doesnt have what you need, he probably will within the next 2 weeks. He does this full time and is really nice and fun to talk with. H, G and I are all riveted together. It is easy to remove the assembly from the window, but the window has to be out.I don't always wreck cars, but when I do I wreck them into trees.
