I think it says available to Germany only. Will ship to Germany. I'm not sure if I am reading it correctly, but I think you are SOL unless you either live in Germany or know someone in Germany that will send it overseas for ya.

Does it translate emails and whatnot for you? Or do you just translate it your self?

The entire kit is costing me around 300 euro to ship... I'm estimating.... you'd be better off to get more stuff in one package because the price starts at 70 euro to ship 1lb and goes up drastically from there. But it levels out with the bigger packages...... Good luck.
