front end tidy up end questions

hi guys

two questions , how to i remove the front valance?

also i purchased a new front valance can i spray it with a can matched with my paint?

tips please much appreciated!!

Byza - there are a number of screws/ bolts ... you need to remove the bumper first. The attached pics shows the location of the screws you need to remove:
