clear coat paint-off the shelf

looking for some advice to touch up a pealing area on my car.

As you can see in the pic below. the fender edge area where it meets the hood is starting to peel because of poor masking. Is there any solution to prevent it from peeling further?



I was thinking about applying a thick coat of this over it with a brush to protect it but I'm not sure if it'll work cause it clearly is for a spray application.
