This is bad and you should feel bad. Bronzit is the best color ever.

The car should never be edged at the point it was, you will have primer overspray in the jams now. And you want overspray on the toolkit foam?

If that decklid is finished you have huge problems and need to address them with the painter. We are just trying to help a fellow enthusiast out here.

This is not uncommon. People choose to paint parts sometimes while going for a monochrome look. Fans of more of an OEM+ look don't always like this approach, because it sometimes looks rice, and often looks cheap unless it's a show car.

From a practicality side, when you paint something that is keyed or moves, the first time you use it it screws the paint up and ends up looking like garbage. A friend of mine once did his door strikers in body color. He pretty much hated it from the get-go once it was done, and in a few weeks when it was peeling, he replaced both sides with new OEM unpainted strikers.

To each his own though, and either way I'm staying tuned for pics.

Please rationalize painting the tool kit foam...not gonna lie the color's gonna be sick..as long as it's done well.

^^^ Ditto, looks like a half ass job to me.
Painted over the trunk latch, trunk striker. Got primer all over the headlights and tires, window seals, and even the wires hanging in front of the valance.
Fuck, there is even blue over spray on the parts in the trunk.
I hope you got this done for cheap is not free..

I love how the simple shit like bumper shocks, headlights, mirrors, and bumper sliders have not been removed. The overspray on the bent oil cooler is looking good too.
