    Fender rolling idea

Has anyone flipped the inner fender lip outwards instead of rolling it against the inside? Kinda hard to explain so heres a pic I found on stanceworks. I might try it on my e30, was just wondering if anyone else has.

Yeah, I think it looks cheap because of the metal now being so thin looking and usually wavy.

It definitely would require a lot of bodywork to make it look smooth. Anyone have any other pics?

Lots of structural integrity loss, and you have an ugly sharp edge.

I think that would be rather difficult to do on an e30. I would go to the junk yard and try it on a car there before I tried my own

Well I went for it. Definitely a lot of work and the rear is a bitch. Fronts were a lot easier!

Ehh...do the fenders really support that much? It's a nice idea, but a TON more work than the normal way. Along with the potential of it never looking right again.

                      Also in for pics.
The first car I ever rode in was an e30

You can always get some 1/8th round stock, shape it, then weld it to the inner lip to get the structural integrity back.
