Will an IS front valance from an older model with diving boards (I'm thinking 88 or 89) fit an early model (87)

Thanks. I actualyl glimpsed at that but thought it was only for converting to platic bumpers which is what i'm not doing, but i read further down and it says a valance is easy to put on
