Got some holes in my car and don't know how to weld. Anybody have experience with this? I have bubbling under my paint that I don't think is going to require welding either. Rear valence is going to have to be cut and welded but I might pay somebody for that. The bits on the underside of the car seem like prime suspects to be riveted with plenty of metal around to pop into.

Cut/grind away ALL the rust and then evaluate the problem. If you do that and are not sure then post pics. Some repairs can be successfully repaired by PROPER riveting and some can only be done with welding due to factors such as shape and strength necessary in each individual case. "Some" small rust areas can even be repaired using fiberglass but again that is only a maybe.
