Front bumper & wheel liners converted - tires rub!

I converted my early diving board to a plastic front bumper. After I did that, I bought all new wheel well liners and brake cooling ducts.

I'm running coilovers (at a modest height), OEM strut mounts, and some Apex wheels with 235/40/17 tires (typical setup for this car and wheel). I can only turn my steering wheel about 1/2 of the way before I start rubbing the inside of the tire, turning in.

Does anyone have this problem? I haven't heard anyone with this wheel/tire combo complain, so I'm wondering if it's the fact that I converted the wheel well liners to match the bumpers.

    Thanks!

So I take that back, it's not the main wheel well liners, it's the forward liners where the brake ducts vent through.
