The second picture is from an early model E. It's just the regular 325e front valance and lower lip piece, without the ugly fogs..

What you have is the early model IS apron. The valance in the second pic is what it behind the IS apron. The lip looks like an oem early model one.

Well let me know, i can take fogs off and the license plate holder so you can see the air vents and what not. I really like that copper color though, it looks suprsingly good with just a stock "E" valance and lip

Yep! you will need to find the brackets for it, I think theyre nla though. Ive heard some people just bolt it onto the divingboards.
