Post-late model conversion front valence questions

I just finished converting my early model vert to have a late model front end, but I have a couple questions about how some things mount up.

1) Where does the OBC temp sensor go now? Before it used to go in the front lip but now I can't find anywhere to put it.

2) How are the fog lights/duct things mounted? It looked there they were bolted in through clips in the valence, but I tried to bolt the fogs in and they wouldn't stay, it was like the clips wouldn't expand enough to hold them in.

I've checked RealOEM but couldn't find any diagrams that showed these two things.

The temp sensor fits into the left brake duct tube. That's the squarish black plastic tube.

Hopefully these pics will help with your other question. I'm not sure exactly what you mean.

Thanks, I haven't looked at the ducts yet so that's probably why I missed it.

And sorry for not being clear. I guess the simplest way to put it is: how do I mount the fog lights?
I checked those pictures and they show everything perfectly, except the fog lights.
