Help! Don't know what to do

I've been parking my car under a tree, because my family leaves me that spot when I come home late. Well little seeds fall from the tree and left some sort of yellow/rusty stained color, I didn't clean the car right,(my fault!) so I left it like that for about a 1 1/2 week. Point is I washed my car Sunday and the stains did not come off, even with wax! Even with a hard scrub it was tuff to remove. ANY ADVICE TO REMOVE THE STAINS?!?! Please!

go to the local auto parts store and pick up a can of Tarminator. apply liberally, wait a few seconds, then scrub vigorously and repeat. after all the nasties are off, make sure the car is nice and clean and give it a good wax job as Tarminator strips wax.
