Blue E30

Just picked up a 90 325i 4 door. It is blue and in need of a paint job. Recomendations on a color? Don't really want to stray away from blue or even far from the factor color but post up some pics of what you would recomend.

Ive got a saphirblau coloured car which might be the colour of the car you posted above.

In lower light conditions, blue really comes out



In brighter conditions the silver shines through



I want a little more blue in mine so im going to spray up a few different tests, going to try a sky blue and electric blue candies (seperate test sprays of course). If i still dont find the colour i want, thinking of giving it a go with a blue shimmer pearl.

Basically, i just want something to bring a little more blue out of the colour without drastically changing the base coat.

Stock E30 Royal Blue and Cirrus both look good, and are fairly uncommon. Stick with stock. That way the engine bay/interior/trunk will match and you only have to repaint the outside.
