Need ideas for a hood design

I just picked up a new hood (black) and it will be replacing my bent up cirrusblau one. instead of color matching it, i want to try something a little different. i've been looking around for ideas, but i was hoping you guys could help me out with some input. the first are some pics i found and thought were pretty cool. obviously i want to give it my own spin off, but these are just a general idea. the last pic is my car the way is sits now. (will be getting euro grilles and smoked turns once the hood is ready)

Go to your local paint supply and buy a spray can of your body paint. Sand down your hood, paint it and then clear coat it.

if i was confused my e30 was a civic, i would have chalkboard painted the whole car and let people draw dicks on it.

I was also thinking about doing a patina look so it would look sun baked and all that. or paint it body color with designs just in the center section of the hood

Yeah I'm just sick of walking out to my car and seeing the hood doesn't line up with the kidneys. I want to do something other than just repaint the new hood, but not something rediculous

Maybe something subtle like a pinstripe somewhere. You don't want people looking at your car going this guy wants attention as your daily driver.
