    "s" trunk lip spoiler

I'm considering removing all the studs in my "s" trunk lip and attaching it with double sided trim tape. Anyone ever done it or have any opinions on this?
    Just pondering, really.

What's the point of doing that if your trunk already has holes and the spoiler is mounted?

That would be pointless. My trunk has no holes, and the spoiler is not mounted.

a buddy of mine mounted his m3 trunk lip on his e90 with double sided tape, and it held just fine until the winter. the extreme cold will make that shit come right off, his flew off on the highway one day.

An Orlando winter? If so, I know for a fact mine will do the same here in MS.

Went ahead and drilled the holes. Came out good. Pictures soon.
