Where to find this lip?

Hey. I found this picture of a front lip. Doesn't look like the IS lip. Aftermarket? Looks pretty sweet.

Comes off late 80s - early 90s Volvos. You have to turn it upside down and cut to fit, then drill holes in what was the bottom to mount.

don't have to drill holes to mount, it snaps right into the stock clips. you will need to drill a couple small holes in the bottom corners to run zip ties through to pull the corners in.
