Cabrio soft top

problem: installed a fairly new soft top with frame onto my cabrio. I basically lined up the roof with the shims and checked alignment of windows etc. I did a hose down test for leaks and found water comes in from around the center front seal. The seal is fairly new as well. Can anyone suggest what I might have missed while putting the roof on.

any help would be appreciated.

Replace the front seal? These old rubber seals dry up over time. Even if it looks okay it can leak. Ask me how i know...
