Replacing the front valence...

I have an 04/87 1987 325i, i don't have a front valence on it right now, where can i get one, and how would i put that on? Is it just put on my bolts, because that's what it looks like. Where can i get a valence that looks like the e30 m3s... or can i take one of an e30 m3 and put that on mine with a drill, some drill bits, and a screwdriver or is it more complex than that?

My e30's older than I am... but that doesn't matter, it still has a lot of spunk. And that's all that really counts. spunk.
