    Curious

Has anyone replaced the diving board on an 87 325is (but kept the is lip) and swapped it for the plastic bumper?

I know removing the entire bumper and lip is most common but I was hoping to see a picture of the older model "is" lip with a plastic bumper in place of the diving board. I said the same thing twice.

    So pics??

looks like a bad idea has been confirmed. That needs to be on a diving board car.

looks like a poorly fitted valance, look at the curves around the bumper.

good idea yes, good execution no....

Theres others that have done the swap. I'm on my phone so I'm not going to search for them right now. But maybe once I can get to a computer, ill see if I can't fund them and post them up.
