Removing rear lower popout window trim? how do it do?

The only problem with it is that it never references removal of trim "H" and that's the last piece i need to remove.

HOW DO I DO IT?

I had an extra popout. Turns out the front section is attached to the b-pillar with rivets. technically its not removable but if youre careful you can drill them out and simply re-attach with new rivets later
