diving board sticking out

I got into a little fender bender about a month ago. Now the left part of my diving board end is sticking out of the plastic piece that makes the diving board flush with the grill and lip. Is there an easy way to maybe, pull the diving board out and push it back into its proper place?

Also contemplating bumper tuck, so if possible, kill 2 birds with one stone?

If I'm understanding this correctly, it sounds like you might have bent/broken the bumper shock brackets. I can't think of any other way it would be able to be at that much of an angle. Just pop the bumper off and take a look... shouldn't take more than a few minutes.

its not that bad. I wish I could post a photo but I'm on my phone right now.

Just end of the diving board trim is sticking out of the plastic peice.. the bumper is straight.
