M-tech II body panels with E36 style sideskirts

Does anybody know how "compatible" these are with eachother? What will have to give in order for these to fit? anybody with any experience with this?

if you're putting fiberglass e36 sideskirts on your e30, they'll require modification anyway. I'd imagine it'd be a bit ugly, but hell, give it a shot. It'll work with enough time.
