How do I remove my late model rear valance

I'm parting out a 91 318iS...need some detailed pics of a removed rear valance or general instructions on where i should be cutting.

Cut just above the rear bumper if you're selling it, the buyer can trim it to their needs. As for the floor section, keep the storage pocket and battery box intact if they're in good shape.
