I have an 89 alpine white is. The paint is not that great. I just got a new is lip and need to paint it. Also need to "touch up" a few areas. What is the best looking paint/color to match the closest to my old factory paint? Thanks
If you want to do it cheaper on insignificant parts like the lip, valences, and such, there's a rustoleum (i think) paint color that's decently close to alpine white.
EDIT:
I dont know if this pic gives you any reference to how my re-paint came out but here ya go:
I think its very slightly "creamier" than our AWII paint, but I used a brighter white primer and sprayed 2 coats of the dover/arctic paint over it and its very close in color I think.
The first car I ever rode in was an e30
