How much should a respray cost me on an 89 325ix?

Just like the title says. What do you guys think a respray of Diamondschwartz metallic cost on my 89' 325ix? Thanks.

about the same as any other e30 ;)

it all depends on the quality of work you want done and if you are doing a full respray or just the exterior.

edit - call up some local shops and ask for quotes. find a few that are in your price range and go and look at some of their finished products.

Cost of paint.

Diamondshwarz Metallic is $300 a gallon. You can get by with 1/2 gallon at $150. Add clear, primer and other materials for a total of $300 minimum. I have a 1991 318is that color and I freaked at the cost. There are cheaper paints but it will still run $225-$250. That's just the paint.
