I am going to be in need of the plastic bumper and Mtech apron as well as a Mtech1 spoiler. Who would people recommend as far as top quality aside from BMW.

I don't think any makes an aftermarket plastic bumper. Maybe the skin, but not the internal bracing.
Pretty much all the aftermarket M-Tech pieces are terrible, but it kind of comes down to personal preference. People still run them, even though others consider them to look terrible and wouldn't run them.
