Need help finding these side marker lights - PLEASE

Hey guys,

I purchased my car with some "who knows what" side marker lights and the previous owner had no idea where they cam from. I am looking to replace them because the covers have fallen off.

I am not a fan of them but I also cant replace my fenders at the moment.
