    Euro valance with DB bumper?

Just picked up a late model euro valance, will this work with diving board front bumper or will the bumper cover too much of the fog lights?
Anyone have a photo of how this would look. The installation will be on a 1987 325i coupe. I have found plenty of photos showing the euro valance with the euro bumpers, just none showing it with diving boards.

A late model Euro valance is the same as a late model US valance. (Except for the non-A/C Euro valance).

Do you mean an early model Euro valance with diving board? If so yes it will definitely look strange and block the fogs.

I thought there were two euro valance types. The early euro valance that had a lot of slope to it and used the fog lights that mounted to a stamped metal bracket. The late euro valance that was flatter across the face and used the fog lights with a plastic frame that mounted directly to the valance and then the facelift valance that was the same as the US version model. In the photo below, the black one is what I call the late model euro valance and the other is the early type. The chin attached to the black valance should be on the bottom one.

You're right there are two types but they are both intended for early models.

Bottom line is it will look very odd with a diving board bumper.

With the early euro valance, the top half of the fog light is covered by the large diving board bumper.

Well I guess I am now looking for euro bumpers. Does anyone know about the quality of the ones being sold by ECS Tuning or would it be better to find a good used OEM set?

Here's a picture of my friends E30. Euro valence w/ diving boards. The fogs aren't covered too much, and they still put usable light on the ground. Unfortunately the car lost its Euro bumpers during the federalization process.

If this is what you're looking for, my car is currently setup like this. The PO had the plastic euro bumpers installed when I bought it. But in NYC no can park, so I picked up a DB and put it back on. I didn't switch the shocks in the front, I just slapped on the molding and DB with DB screws since the other ones were really long. I'll try to grab a photo of it later.
