    This is next to the AC Dryer...what do about this?

        Scrape away the loose scale and hose it down with Ospho.

              You'd need to cut away material until you got into solid metal and then weld in a patch. Either that or completely replace both panels. Not worth the effort imo. Treat it and call it good.

                  word, I now have a clue on what to do. I can weld this myself, wont be too big of a deal
