Passenger door handle crooked, way to adjust latch?

I just got my car back from the bodyshop, and noticed the passenger door handle was on crooked. Not sure if the last shop i used to paint it 2 yrs ago (possibly used washers to level the handle off), but it was straight prior to the most recent bodywork. I don't think they did anything but remove the handle & lock.

This is a pic of my car from last week, and notice the hinges (left & right) are misaligned....is there a way to align this, or does anyone have suggestions on how to get the handle to sit level?

    Thanks!

easy fix. Took door card off, and two screws on the back side holding the bracket pictured. Loosened, and readjusted.
