M-Tech 1 skirt difference

Can someone tell me the difference between these two?

one's got pokey-up bits on the ends, the other doesn't. the straight one was typically put on sedans, the other one on coupes. They fit on pretty much exactly the same.

the straight one is a lot harder to find for some reason.
