How much does it run to de chrome bumpers?

I've got some Euro bumpers that need to be de chromed and either rechromed or painted body color. Does anyone know ballpark how much it would run to get them dechromed?

Looks like those guys answered your question pretty well. I was gonna say sand blasting. Chemicals are nasty. To paint, it just needs to be etched and smoothed. We deal with chromed bike parts where part is chrome and part is painted. It's all chromed, but the painted areas are simply not polished. Paint sticks fine with the right primer.

Some of the chrome is flaking off though, sand blasting still the way to go?
