E30 M3 vert conversion the right way?

Might be picking up a vert some time soon. I was wondering what M3 stock body panels will fit an e30 vert. I searched and read through all 11 pages of results but i still need more info. Since the M3 coupes will be easier to find then the verts, i would be using parts from coupes. I figure the front and rear bumpers will bolt right up. The front fenders from the M3 coupes might fit a vert. And the rear quarters would obviousely need modification. Let me know what parts will fit for sure. And also let me know what part of the rear M3 coupe quarters would need to be modified to fit a convertable. I would figure the top portion where the quarter meets the pillar. I really have no clue... but if i'm gonna do this i'm would liek to do it right. The body kit from fiberglassartz or whatever would keep me awake at night. I also have a body shop owner in the family so i would have all the resources and help to get it done right.

    Thanks, Dave

Hopefully picking up the vert sometime next week.

Nothing from the M3 would be a bolt on. The front/rear bumper covers and valance's be be close to a bolt on. Vert front fenders are different then hardtops so they dont work. Its ALOT of work/time & money to do it right BUT it can be done.

Great exciting.... Well like i said, the money portion of it would just be to source the parts. The labor and all of that would not cost me a penny. I wish i could find someone that has done it just so that i know what i am getting myself into exactly. I have no problem putting great amounts of work into it. I just would like to give myself a more detailed heads up.

Yeah i saw mvision's project and what he did. But honestly, i would like to modify stock panels. Like i said before i wouldnt feel right doign it otherwise. As far as Jordan or anyone else flaming me... eh it happens. I've kind of become a purist when it comes to these things, so if i cant do it right i wont.

The front fenders do bolt on, to a point. The lower part has to be bent out a little, the lower six inches.
