Don't know if this is the right place for this but I've been offered a set of euro bumpers for what I believe is a "good" price but I'd like to know what's the going rate for a set.

So many variables, images would get a better guess, but anywhere between ~$300-700 is what I recall around here. Sometimes less because of missing trim, or rust, or much more because of NOS. Also, note, ECS sells brand new front and rear for like $1000. -
