will a late model front valence and bumper fit on a 87 325is?

Yes, with no modifications. Rear will require mods.

There is one mod that you have to do. Cut the tow hooks off, or bend them down to clear the late model valance. Also, I'm not to for sure, but the pigtails for the lights maybe different.
