Bay cleaning input

Need some recommendations for cleaning my engine bay. I would like to be able to open the hood and not be ashamed. haha. I have the basic grime dirt on sides and cosmoline on the front and strut perches. I had cleaned the engine recently and it looks so out of place now.

Degreaser and a pressure washer for the majority. Then it's just a matter of digging in with a scrub brush. No easy way to go about it. I like Super Clean/Purple Power.

Ace hardware sells this stuff called (spray nine)..works pretty good combined with pressure washer and brush..I even used it to clean my head and pistons.
