    Custom Fiberglass body panels

So, we first attempted making carbon pieces but we need to work on our technique before we start selling them.

However, Cody is damn good with fiberglass to begin with and I've been learning quite a bit.

With that being said, we're going to be making a couple of universal fiberglass pieces such as front splitters, side splitters and possibly a few others. A FG sunroof delete is in the works too. We were going to use mine as a mold, but mine needs work...so I'm tracking down one in better condition for that.

So far, we've finished Cody's diffuser for his '12 WRX. Almost done with some universal cut to fit side splitters.

Here is his diffuser (some pics from the old thread)

Pics of the mold, just have to smooth out a couple of corners and prime it.

Here are the side splitters we're making...should have a set painted and ready by next weekend. The way the curled edge is allows you to mount it with it going up or down, depending on your car. Just have to trim to length, uncut length is 96 inches. Excess could also be used on rear bumpers as well to match the sides, unless you went with a diffuser for the rear.

On the left is the piece of wood we trimmed as a plug. Right side is the fiberglass mold that we can reuse.

After laying two layers of fiberglass, we put the plug back on it just to help distribute weight and keep air pockets out. Worked like a charm!

Cody trimming one of the splitters, all that's needed after that is to check for pinholes, fill if necessary, prime then paint! They'll come flat black.

I'll get some pics soon of Cody's finished diffuser and my brother's front bumper we're doing. Making a custom front splitter and canards for his SR'd S14.

This is going MUCH smoother then the carbon, lol. So expect finished products within the month. I'm getting some side skirts next week then trying out a set of the splitters on them after.

1st set of side splitters are going on our friend's Lexus IS350, check back for pics of that as well.

Here is Cody's diffuser, only thing that he needs to finish is the center fins, which would be optional.
